KB-Pur 2 IN 1
|
KB-Pur® 2 IN 1 is a water reactive polyurethane. When the material comes into contact with water, it reacts to form a highly elastic foam. Under dry conditions it reacts to form a solid elastic resin. KOSTER KB-Pur® 2 IN 1 remains elastic after reacting. It is able to follow crack movements and seal cracks permanently with an elastic polyurethane solid resin without the need for follow-up injections.

KB-Pur IN 1 |
KB-PUR® IN 1 is a water reactive polyurethane. When the material comes into contact with water, it reacts to form a waterproof polyurethane elastic foam. Under dry conditions it reacts to form a solid elastic resin. KOSTER KB-PUR® IN 1 is solvent and filler-free, resistant to hydrolysis and is suitable for use in potable water areas. When the mixed material comes into contact with water it expands to form a fine-pored, dense-cellular foam, stopping and displacing the water. |

KB-Pur IN 2 |
KB-PUR® IN 2 is a solvent-free, 2 component polyurethane injection resin for crack injection. It is permanently elastic and allows for permanent crack and joint sealing even in moving cracks. It is suitable for use in potable water structures. KB-PUR® IN 2 is used in combination with KB-PUR® IN 1 for permanent, flexible sealing of leaking cracks and joints in concrete, screed, masonry etc. and for strengthening of unconsolidated rocks. No pre-injection is required for sealing dry cracks, joints and voids. |

KB-Pur IN 3 |
KOSTER KB-Pur® IN 3 is a solvent-free, low viscosity, 2 component polyurethane injection resin for crack injection. KOSTER KB-Pur® IN 3 provides a permanent, crack and joint sealing due to its high compressive and adhesive tensile strength. The material may be used in combination with KOSTER KB-Pur® IN 1 for the permanent, sealing of leaking cracks and joints in concrete, screeds, masonry etc., as well as for solidifying granular soils. It may be used without pre-injections of KOSTER KB-Pur® IN 1 for closing dry cracks, joints and voids.

KB-Pur IN 4 |
KOSTER KB-PUR® IN 4 is a solvent-free, flexible, low viscosity 2-component polyurethane for sealing construction joints in building structures through injection. KÖSTER KB-Pur® IN 4 does not react when coming into contact with steel or iron, so that corrosion protection is achieved. Due to its slow reaction, the material may be injected for up to 6 hours.

KB-Pur IN 5 |
KOSTER KB-Pur® IN 5 is a solvent-free, low viscous, 2 component polyurethane for filling and sealing cracks and construction joints. KOSTER KB-Pur® IN 5 does not react when coming into contact with steel or iron, so that corrosion protection is achieved. Due to its slow reaction, the material maybe injected for up to 4 hours. The material is intended to be used for pressure injection of construction joints via injection hoses.

KB-Pur IN 7 |
KOSTER KB-PUR® IN 7 is a water activated polyurethane prepolymer. The product reacts when in contact with water and spontaneously forms a compact, viscoplastic, waterproof polyurethane foam. KOSTER KB-PUR® IN 7 remains viscoplastic after reacting and is able to follow crack movements and seal permanently without the need for follow-up injections with an elastic polyurethane resin. KOSTER KB-PUR® IN 7 is solvent-free and resistant to hydrolysis.

KB-Pur Casting Foam 10 |
KOSTER KB-PUR® Casting Foam 10 is a two component polyurethane grouting material for filling voids and cavities in masonry or concrete. It may be used in above or below grade construction. The material is applied exclusively by pouring. After being poured into voids, KOSTER KB-PUR® Casting Foam 10 forms foam for approx. 15 minutes. The cured foam is pressure resistant. The foam formation also takes place in closed profiles.

KB-Pur Gel |
KOSTER KB-PUR® Gel is a solvent-free, water activated polyurethane gel. It is intended for the external sealing of areas with ground contact, for area injection into highly porous, jointed, or cracked building materials, as well as for sealing cavities, pipe couplings, pipe penetrations, masonry joints, concrete, and soil. Depending on the amount of water added, a highly elastic, waterproof, foam-hydro-gel is formed.
